At age 77 it is no longer easy to hold up five gallons of fuel while filling up my zero turn. This pump is wonderful, just sit the gas can next to the mower, place the filler end in the mowers tank and turn it on. It even shuts itself off when mower tank is full. What more could you ask for. Definitely has been a tremendous purchase. Can’t thank you enough for such a great product.

The unit I purchased did not pump.I called your customer service and told them it would not pump the gas out of the container.Itried with batteries ,with the power adapter and the 12 volt cable.I told me right away that he was shipping me a 2nd unit ass per your wrranty policy.

Absolutely kicking myself for not having bought this months ago. It makes it so much easier and safer to fill the gas tank on my boat. No more having to step precariously over my pontoon motor while holding a gas can in one hand and clinging to the boat seat with the other for balance. For the diesel I was lifting 20 litre jugs shoulder height while filling tractors ( no fun ) with the pump I can fill them in minutes with no effort. And the automatic shut off is a great feature. I use this recently acquired pump at my camp/cabin. Photo shows the simplicity of filling an outboard motor fuel tank prior to launching the boat. I use mine battery operated (AA x 4) as it is the simplest way to move it around from place to place. It is particularly handy in filling my generators without spill. Got to love the auto shut-off when tanks being filled become full.
One thing that needs to be pointed out and told to new/future users, once the tanks being filled are full, immediately pull the hose from the tank and hold it up to allow all fuel in the hose to return back to the fuel container. This will leave the hose MT and avoid spills. One other thing to note, if one fills a fuel tank that is lower in elevation than the fuel container from which fuel is pumped, the auto stop will stop the pump; however, fuel will continue to syphon from the fuel container allowing the fuel tank being filled to overflow. Thus I do not recommend using this pump for filling tanks that are at a lower elevation than the source container being pumped from. One must always ensure that the tank being filled is higher in elevation than the source to avoid spillage.
I do fill my outboard motor fuel tank when the boat is docked. My dock is at a higher elevation than the bottom of the boat where the tank sits. To avoid any spillage I use a self-priming syphon hose (CTC #028-3109-2) that I can pull from the source container before overflowing my boat's fuel tank. This is a very handy tool to move liquids to lower elevations or emptying tanks/containers. I also found that the syphon hose will do a better job of emptying a gasoline jerry can than the PumpMatic Super Gas Pump which leaves a bit more fuel behind.

I bought my first fuel transfer unit last month. It worked so great that I bought another one to keep at my house for hurricanes and generator days. The first unit is at my ranch where it works everyday. It fills all the tractors, riding lawn mowers and the side-by-side. The pump makes gas and diesel go farther because I don't overfill any equipment and I don't spill any trying to fill equipment with heavy 5 gallon cans. I'm very happy with both units and I plan to give a few out as Christmas gifts

I received the pump and tried to use it but it wouldn't pump gas but would pump water....very strange. I contacted BRS and Matt replied immediately about the pump. We couldn't figure the issue so he sent me a new pump the new day. I tried the new pump it worked just as advertised. Not only is this a great product, the support from BRS was unmatched. Highly recommend this product over the cheap fuel transfer pumps from Canadian Tire or Princess Auto that I've used prior to the BRS pump. You get what you pay for, no more gas leaks or slow fuel tranfers.

This is a game changer both around the acreage for lawnmowers bikes vehicles tractor etc and definitely when we go fishing in N Sask every year. The nearest fuel is 224 kms on gravel road we take in 3 boats 5 side by side Rangers and a generator to keep our freezer running for 8 days of fishing. We haul 20 plus jerrycans to fill Rangers and Boats everyday.

The fuel transfer pump works well. It was sent with 2 adaptors which didn't fit the majority of the gas cans sold in this area. I mentioned this problem and the good folks at BRS sent 3 more adaptors which included one that fit properly on my gas cans. I am very happy with their response to this issue. I hope other purchasers of this product get the adaptor they need with initial delivery.

Used the 12 volt option for power, was easier for the setup I had. This Unit allows the gas to drain back to the gas can once it shuts off a lot easier than my original unit, which is good. The Unit works as it should and Auto shut off worked great.
My issue remains what to do with the unit once you take out of the gas can. I hang mine outside in the winter for a day or so. Cannot store in my heated garage.
This Unit eliminates spillage and is way easier on the back than hoisting a can over a small gas tank. Would recommend this unit.

This thing is awesome. super quiet. fits every type of jerry can we have (and we have a few different ones). the little clip on the fill end is handy so you don't have to worry about it popping out and making a mess. I am happy with my new fuel pump. I’m using an old snowmobile battery to power it. Between the power cable length and the 4’ fuel line it’s now easy to fuel up the snowmobiles or ATV beside the trailer. No more AA batteries in the winter.

Ordered and recieved my 2nd and 3rd Pumpmatics just before Christmas and wanted to say how thrilled we continue to be. I bought my first one a year ago and have used it every week to fuel my sleds, tractor and any other piece of machinery I needed. Bought the 2nd one for my upper gagrage and the 3rd for my daughter and partner out in Saskatchewan who fuel their cars from Portable Cans because of their remote location.
As always ours pumps have never failed and the order was delivered in 2 days.

The pump works as advertised except for the speed of pumping. It would be nice to have a way to tell when the container you are pumping from is near empty without having to pick it up and shake it frequently to prevent inadvertantly running the pump dry.

Several of our hunters have your pump and I loved what I saw so I got your info and now have one. So far, I have used it once to see it work. Probably won't use it again until boating season/fishing starts. Never know. I have a habit of keeping my Fuel fresh and re up it every 3>4 months. I used it to empty 1, 5-gal tank of regular into my Ford 150. Heck of a lot easier than holding the full tank at the filler hole for 3 minutes straight.

I had a generator that the fuel tank was on top the engine, 4-5 inches deep and 14x24 Holds 5 gallons. Only way to empty it was to run it. Then I tried pump Mantic gas pump. It removed all the fuel and saved me from running my generator for 12 hours to burn the fuel. It was great and only took 2-3 minutes.

I have had one of your pumps for years, actually it’s the second one the first I let sit in the exhaust of my generator and it melted,, and I think it has payed for itself with the lack of spills it’s amazing. The batteries last for a long time it seems that I hardly ever charge them
