At BRS Battery, we stand behind every product we sell. If something goes wrong, we make it right — fast. This page explains your warranty coverage, return process, and who pays for shipping in different situations.

10-Year Warranty (In-Store Purchases Only): This warranty is only available for purchases made in person at our retail location. All active 10-year warranties will be honored for the full original term.

General Rules

  • Returned products must be clean and undamaged (normal wear is fine).
  • Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Our process is easy — simply contact us and we’ll honor your warranty and do our best to make sure you’re happy.

  • 2-Year Warranty (2 Year Models)
  • 30-Day Warranty (30 Day Models)
  • 1-Year Warranty (U1 AGM) (BRS Super Charger)

How to Claim Under Warranty

  1. Fill out our Super Battery Warranty Replacement Form.
  2. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label (defects only).
  3. Ship the battery in its original box.
  4. Receive your replacement within 1–5 business days after we receive your return.

Note: If you ordered the wrong battery or change your mind, you may still return it within 30 days, but you are responsible for return shipping.

  • Money-Back Guarantee: 30 days for defects or malfunctions

Return Shipping Policy

  • BRS Pays return shipping for manufacturer defects covered under warranty.
  • Customer Pays return shipping if:
    • Wrong item was ordered
    • You changed your mind
    • Product is not defective
    • Returns can be made In-Store or By Mail
