At BRS Battery, we stand behind every product we sell. If something goes wrong, we make it right — fast. This page explains your warranty coverage, return process, and who pays for shipping in different situations.

Special Warranty Notes
10-Year Warranty (In-Store Purchases Only): This warranty is only available for purchases made in person at our retail location. All active 10-year warranties will be honored for the full original term.

- 30 days - 30 Day BRS Super Batteries (see product description)

General Rules
- Returned products must be clean and undamaged (normal wear is fine).
- Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days after we receive your return.
- Our process is easy — simply contact us and we’ll honor your warranty and do our best to make sure you’re happy.

How to Claim Under Warranty
- Fill out our Super Battery Warranty Replacement Form.
- We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label (defects only).
- Ship the battery in its original box.
- Receive your replacement within 1–5 business days after we receive your return.
Note: If you ordered the wrong battery or change your mind, you may still return it within 30 days, but you are responsible for return shipping.

- Money-Back Guarantee: 30 days for defects or malfunctions

Return Shipping Policy
- BRS Pays return shipping for manufacturer defects covered under warranty.
