BRS Battery – Shipping Policy

At BRS Battery Ltd., our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible while being transparent about shipping costs and delivery timelines. We ship daily across Canada and the United States.

- Heads‑up: We also run free shipping on other items from time to time. Please contact us to confirm your item qualifies.

Paid Shipping (when applicable):
- Examples: Oversized/overweight items; remote or hard‑to‑reach addresses; items marked “Contact for Quote.”
- How it works: Calculated at checkout or quoted by our team. Some listings show a placeholder fee so we can confirm the most accurate price before shipping.

Tariffs & Duties (USA):
- Under evolving U.S. customs regulations, some packages may incur tariffs or duties, payable by the customer upon or before delivery. Rules can change without notice—please contact us if you have questions before ordering.
Processing Times
- Orders are verified within 24 hours after placement.
- Processing (quality check & packaging) takes an additional 0–3 business days. Most orders ship the same business day; weekend/holiday orders may take up to 3 business days.
- If an item is backordered or out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly. Backorders can take 1 week to 4 months depending on the product. If you don’t wish to wait, you may request a full refund.
Delivery Times
Within Canada
- Shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Carrier will be selected based on availability, price, and destination.
- Typical delivery: 1–9 business days after leaving our warehouse (varies by province and urban/rural location).
To the United States
- Shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx; and in some instances USPS might handle final delivery depending on location.
- Typical delivery: 5–12 business days after leaving our warehouse.
- Rarely, U.S. Customs delays can extend delivery times.
Note: During peak holidays or unforeseen events (severe weather, natural disasters, global disruptions, carrier backlogs), delivery times may vary. We can’t guarantee a specific arrival date.
How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
- Standard shipping (when applicable) is calculated automatically at checkout.
- Items marked “Contact for Quote”: please contact us for an exact shipping price before placing your order.
- If your order requires paid shipping, we’ll email you the exact cost before it ships. You can proceed or cancel for a full refund.
Return Shipping Policy
- BRS Pays return shipping for manufacturer defects covered under warranty.
